YOUR Club needs YOU!!
We need 3 people to help out.
1. A reporter - to write up every meeting,
add any photos from photographer on the day
and email the report to TMX, Ann, ORMS, etc
This is not a committee post.
2. Someone to run the transponder timing system at meetings
and then to post the results on MyLaps
and send them to Jane to sort out the points.

3. A General Secretary - to liaise with the Chairman,
apply for Permits and liaise with ORMS,
take committee meeting and AGM minutes, and
handle all correspondence, etc.

The evening meeting, which was supposed to be at Ringmer
on 11th July, cannot take place now due to council regulations.
However we will run a 2 day meeting instead,
with Round 9 still taking place on the Sunday 12th July.
Notice to ALL members:
Several committee members and their families spent several hours
on Wednesday at Lamberhurst track picking up litter
that many club members feel is ok to leave on the farmers land.
This is just plain unacceptable -
They couldn't believe the rubbish left behind -
from a stack of pizza boxes to black bags full of rubbish, glass beer bottles
and loads of carpet!!
What are you thinking??
This land is used for animals to graze on.
We know many of you DO pick up your rubbish and as a club we are grateful -
but to the others who feel they have the right to just dump their rubbish -
please STOP and take it home!!!
In fact, at all meetings from Round 3 at Parkgate onwards,
points will be deducted from anyone leaving rubbish!

Dates and Venues for the Summer 2015 Championship
are now on the Fixtures page.
A couple of items were agreed at the AGM which will be in place from the next meeting onwards:
1. There will be new marshal fees.
The charge will now be £15 for a single rider, £20 for a family per meeting.
Marshals will receive £40 expenses for a full day, £20 for a half day.
There are no other changes to any of the riding or membership fees.
2. We are changing the format of the adult groups.
There will now be an Expert Group consisting of the faster Open and AMX riders.
They will, however, be scored separately.
There will also be a Clubman group, for the slower riders.
Cash prizes will still be awarded to the top 3 Open and AMX riders in the Expert Group.
There will be no cash prizes for the Clubman group.
If the committee/clerk/steward feels that a rider in the Clubman group is too fast for that group,
we reserve the right to move them up to the Expert group.
