Just a small update to remind you of our upcoming AGM next Wednesday evening 7.30pm start at Emily Court, Barn End Lane, Wilmington DA2 7QL.
Agenda will be finalised this week, if anyone wants to add a discussion point, please email in by end of play today eastkentssc@hotmail.com and subsequently anyone wishing to tendor for any services at our meeting next year, please also drop us a line so I can add it to the agenda.
Remember this is to shape the future of YOUR club, please support us by attending and having your say. As always we are looking for some more support with running meetings esp for 2020 as the club continues to grow which has been amazing. I have had A LOT of messages from potential new members, and would like to confirm that any 2020 memberships will be available straight after our AGM once we have confirmed prices etc. ACU affiliation codes will be given out as soon as we have your completed forms and payment so you can obtain your 2020 race licence.
A further update will be out later with regards to our end of year celebrations at presentation this weekend - look forward to seeing you all there.
