Goooood morning ladies and gents, boys and girls. West Meon this sunday is go go gooooo!
We are looking forward to hosting round 1 of our championship event this weekend, so here is some information to keep you all up to date. Lets start with the important stuff......
West Meon, GU32 1JX - Sunday 25th Feb 2018. Camping welcome after 4pm.
Booking in will remain open until 3pm TOMORROW - please ensure you are booked in before then via the acu website. Anyone that wishes to race, but does not book on, can do an on the day booking subject to space and an admin fee (agreed at AGM). Booking in has been open for over a week and is very simple to use - over 150 of you have already done so.
Signing on will be open from 7.30am Sunday morning by the track entrance (pls bring your ACU licence) - as well as scrutineering. Please ensure you have checked your entry approval and the correct number you have been allocated is on your bike prior to srutineer. Please also bring your ACU approved helmet.
Body armours will be checked prior to you going on the track - no back and front protection - no ride.
Few rule changes for Auto and 65 parents - pls see poster attached. We have had no choice but to implement this rule, after seeing parents running around the track and on the track whilst race is on, it is very dangerous for the rider and yourselves, safety for our kids is paramount.
Anyone that has not supplied a marshal will be asked to pay marshal fee at signing on so we can pay people to do it for you. Prices remain the same as last year.
We do not tolerate any drug use - anyone seen/or smelt will be told to leave the track immediately!
