Morning all, quick update. Just under 3 weeks to go until Round 1 at West Meon - its flying round.
Booking in for members will go live This Friday (15/02 at 7pm), and to all (inc non members) on Sunday (24/02 at 6pm).
This means you will have those days in between as a priority to get booked in. Pls note we have allowed a couple of extra days as its the first meeting of the year - to help to become familiar with the process - usually meetings will go live on the monday 2 weeks prior to meeting - all updates will be on here as and when its open.....
Please ensure your licences have been applied for/renewed prior to booking in or you will be charged for a day licence (there is currently a 5-7 day turn around for licences). If you have joined the club already you would have received your affiliation code to do this online - we currently have a consierable amount of members more than licences applied for with our codes - just trying to help you save money.
Att Youth riders - if you have applied for your licence, please ensure you have completed the minors declaration and returned this to the ACU as they will not issue your licence without this (it will come through to your email once you have completed the online application).
